By participating in any activities or services provided by Al-Asouf Farm, whether inside or outside the farm premises, the visitor or participant acknowledges that participation is undertaken entirely at their own personal risk, and expressly agrees to release and hold harmless Al-Asouf Farm, its owner, manager, employees, workers, trainers, and representatives from any and all legal liability or claims, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to any: Physical, health, or psychological injuries or conditions Material or moral damages Accidents, losses, or injuries that may occur while using the facilities, transportation means, interacting with animals, receiving services, or during movement and tours whether such incidents occur inside or outside the farm, during service provision or transportation, including both foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.The participant further confirms compliance with all instructions and guidelines issued by the farm management, and declares that they are medically and physically fit to participate. This disclaimer shall be legally binding upon the participant and their legal heirs, successors, or representatives.
